This Vietnamese dish combines enoki mushrooms with marinated ground pork. It is finished with oyster sauce, chili peppers, and sugar towards the end of cooking. Ready in just 20 minutes, it is flavored with garlic and scallions.

Directions
- Rinse the mushrooms and drain them. Chop the Allium ascalonicum into slices, finely chop the scallions and the chili pepper. ≈ 8 min
- Marinate the pork with the powdered broth, salt, glutamate, pepper, sugar, and chopped fresh onion stems.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing the oyster sauce, water, chili sauce, sugar, glutamate, and soy sauce. ≈ 3 min
- Reintroduce the Allium ascalonicum once they start to release their aroma, then add the pork and cook it.
- Pour the sauce over, add the mushrooms, and let it cook over low heat until the mushrooms are tender.
- After 5 to 7 minutes, when the sauce has almost thickened, stir in finely chopped scallions, chopped chili peppers, and black pepper, then remove from the heat.
