Directions
- Thoroughly wash and rinse the cutlets, then place them in a pot with fresh, chopped herbs (parsley, thyme), pepper, and salt. ≈ 2 min
- Cook until the cutlets are tender.
- Then, remove the cutlets from the pot and slice them. ≈ 8 min
- Return to a mixture of oil paint, diced bacon, and chopped onion.
- Then, add the cooked chicken cutlets, bell peppers, tomato puree, and fried shallots. ≈ 3 min
- Pour the wine and water in which the chicken breasts were cooked, along with the fresh herbs, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes more.
- Add chopped garlic and chopped parsley, remove from heat, and season to taste with lemon juice. ≈ 4 min
