- The meat is chopped together with onions, along with 1-2 slices of dry bread, and then mixed with clean rice, chopped spices, and salt. ≈ 3 min
- Then, 50 to 100 ml of cold water is added, and the mixture is thoroughly mixed until it is uniform. ≈ 3 min
- The grape leaves have been thoroughly washed. ≈ 3 min
- If they are hard, they can be soaked in boiling water for a short period (about 10 seconds) before being squeezed.
- The SARMs are rolled in the same way as the leaf, with the inner side facing upwards. ≈ 3 min
- We place a full tablespoon of the mixture at the bottom end (towards the handle), place the wire on the sides, and then roll it up. ≈ 3 min
- They are placed in a suitable container, covered with a plate, and then immersed in hot water until they are completely submerged. ≈ 3 min
- Next, they are cooked over low heat for about 30 minutes.
