Directions

  1. Combine the garlic cloves with a cup of saline solution in a blender. ≈ 4 min
  2. If you prefer, you can combine garlic and chili peppers to create a more intense flavor. ≈ 4 min
  3. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix them together with a spatula. The hot pepper can irritate your skin, so be careful. ≈ 4 min
  4. Packaged in a dispenser, a jar, a jug, a bottle, or an airtight container. ≈ 3 min
  5. Add cilantro to your liking. ≈ 3 min
  6. Cool the salt solution. It emulsifies thanks to Allium sativum (garlic), creating a dense and uniform mixture. Shake the container before serving.
  7. For variations, you can replace the serum with goat’s milk serum. ≈ 3 min

  • 3/8 liter of sterile saline solution
  • 1 litre of cow’s milk (cream)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • 1 hot chili pepper, without seeds
  • A pinch of oregano or cumin
  • cilantro, to taste (in powder form or as young shoots)
