Directions

  1. Grease a baking dish and place the fish pieces inside. Season with salt, cover the dish with aluminum foil, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
  2. Prepare the sauce: combine the cream and yogurt, add the crushed garlic, chopped parsley, and cheese, then mix well. ≈ 4 min
  3. Coat the fish with the sauce and continue cooking for another quarter of an hour. ≈ 3 min
