Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- Peel the apples, cut them into slices about 1 to 2 cm thick, or dice them. ≈ 8 min
- Preheat for one minute.
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and season with salt and pepper. ≈ 3 min
- Divide the apple slices, cut into tile-like shapes, evenly over the fish, then brush with a butter sauce. ≈ 4 min
- Bake in the oven for approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
- Finely chop the cauliflower into thin strips and cook for 3 minutes.
- Gently caramelize the sugar and melt the butter, then add the walnuts and brown sugar.
- Finely chop the onion and sauté it in butter until it is softened. ≈ 8 min
- Add the curly kale, broth, and cream, and simmer for a few minutes before adjusting the seasoning.
- Add walnuts, or serve them separately. ≈ 2 min
- Serve the cabbage with salmon, and optionally, with dill. ≈ 2 min
