Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Wrap the peppers in aluminum foil and bake them for 30 minutes.
- Peel and chop the garlic. Prepare the dressing by mixing the oil, vinegar, garlic, cumin, and salt. ≈ 8 min
- Peel the peppers and cut them into thin strips. Arrange them on a plate and drizzle with vinaigrette. ≈ 8 min
- Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
