Directions
- Season the shoulders, pour with wine, and let them marinate overnight.
- The next day, cut the apples into large slices and arrange them in a roasting dish. ≈ 8 min
- Drain the meat, make incisions in it, and fill them with a mixture of minced garlic and parsley, seasoned with a drizzle of olive oil. Then, cover the incisions with thin strips of bacon. ≈ 10 min
- Place the meat on the bed of apples. About halfway through cooking, add the maceration wine and turn the meat over, then continue cooking until it is nicely browned.
