Directions
- Bring the milk and rice to a boil.
- Turn off the heat and let it cook for about 3.5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
- After 30 to 45 minutes, remove any remaining milk.
- Combine the caramel, vanilla sugar, and, if desired, the port wine with the rice. ≈ 4 min
- Let it rest until the rice has cooled down.
- Whip the cream and gently fold it in. ≈ 4 min
