These Indonesian and Malaysian-inspired doughnuts are made with cassava and shredded coconut. They contain a center of palm sugar that melts during cooking. Best enjoyed warm.

- Thoroughly mix the grated cassava, grated coconut, and salt to form a paste. ≈ 4 min
- Take a small amount of dough. ≈ 3 min

- Sprinkle it with a little palm sugar. ≈ 10 min
- Roll the dough into a perfect ball. ≈ 10 min
- Fry in hot oil over medium heat until fully cooked.
