Cheese-flavored fried rings
Golden, doughnut-shaped rings made with ricotta cheese, eggs, and vanilla, fried in a pan and dusted with powdered sugar. Best served warm.
Inspired by Russian cuisine, these rings are made with a soft cheese dough, hand-shaped, and then fried. They are tender on the inside and golden brown on the outside. A quick and easy snack, ready in just half an hour.
