Chinese-style beef and rice stir-fry
A Polish take on Chinese fried rice: marinated beef stir-fried with garlic, ginger, and fresh onions, mixed with rice and crispy Chinese cabbage.
This Polish dish is inspired by Chinese cuisine. Thin slices of marinated beef are stir-fried with garlic and ginger, then mixed with fluffy rice.

Directions
- Rinse the rice and bring it to a boil in 375 ml of salted water. Cover the pot and let it simmer for 4 hours.
- Cut the meat into strips. ≈ 8 min
- Peel and chop the new onions, chives, garlic, and ginger. ≈ 8 min
- Prepare a marinade using sugar, half of the soy sauce, and wine, along with flour and egg white. Marinate the meat in this mixture for 15 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a pan or wok. Add the garlic and onion, then the meat with its marinade and ginger. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Add the remaining wine and soy sauce.
- Mix with the rice, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with thinly sliced Chinese cabbage. ≈ 4 min
