Directions
- Crumble the tofu, cut it into small pieces, and boil it in simmering water with a pinch of salt (to make the texture firmer).
- Remove from the heat and serve. ≈ 2 min
- Heat a pan over medium heat with olive oil or vegetable oil.
- Add the tofu pieces one at a time, frying each for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove them from the pan and place them on a wire rack or paper towels to allow any excess oil paint to drain.
- Repeat the process until all the pieces are cooked through. ≈ 3 min
- Remove a small amount of oil paint from the container, add spices (cumin, chili pepper), onion, and bell pepper. ≈ 3 min
- Come back until they are fragrant.
- Add fried tofu and mix it up. ≈ 4 min
- Season with soy sauce, fish sauce, and sesame oil. ≈ 2 min
- Add broth and reduce the heat.
- Let it simmer until the liquid reduces.
- Add shrimp, sesame oil, carrots, mushrooms, and green beans. ≈ 3 min
- Mix quickly until everything is cooked through. ≈ 4 min
- Extinguish the fire. ≈ 3 min
- Place the soup in bowls, then sprinkle with chives or parsley. ≈ 2 min
- Serve immediately. ≈ 2 min
