Directions
- Clean the tilapia. ≈ 8 min
- Finely chop the Allium ascalonicum (garlic), Allium sativum (onion), and the large onion. ≈ 8 min
- Finely chop or mince the hot peppers and white pepper. ≈ 4 min
- Finely chop the ginger and slice the peppers into long strips. ≈ 8 min
- Pour in the oil paint into a pan.
- Coat the fish with flour. ≈ 3 min
- Fry the fish until it is cooked through, then remove it from the pan.
- Please continue to harvest the Allium ascalonicum and Allium sativum until they are fragrant.
