Directions
- Wash the tomatoes and boil them in water with vinegar for 1 hour.
- Wash the tomatoes thoroughly. ≈ 2 min
- Mix the tomatoes with 200 ml of oil paint, garlic, and chili peppers. Make sure the mixture is not too smooth (not a puree). ≈ 4 min
- Add the grated cheese, chopped almonds, and chopped basil. Season with pepper and other herbs. ≈ 2 min
- Pour éviter l’oxydation, pour each item, place it in a container and cover it with a layer of oil paint. ≈ 3 min
