Directions
- Combine the walnuts, hazelnuts, garlic, chili pepper, and basil in a mortar. Grind until a paste forms. ≈ 4 min
- Add the dried tomatoes and mulberry, then mix again. ≈ 3 min
- Add the Parmesan and Pecorino cheeses, then mix until a smooth, even consistency is achieved. ≈ 4 min
- Add the salted anchovies and chopped parsley to incorporate them. ≈ 4 min
- Add ¾ of a jar of double-concentrated tomato paste and olive oil. Simmer until you achieve a thick, red sauce. ≈ 3 min
