Directions
- Cook the lentils in a pot with 2 cups of boiling water for about 20 minutes, until they are very soft and starting to break down.
- In the meantime, we chop the onion and garlic, heat some oil paint in a pan, and fry them until they are golden brown.
- Add the crushed tomatoes, curry powder, salt, and cilantro to the pan, mix well, and cook for two minutes.
- Add the tomato mixture to the pot with the lentils, and mix well. ≈ 4 min
- We chop the tomatoes using a knife or food processor, then add the puree to a pan and mix.
- The noodles, which have been cooked in boiling water, are served hot. ≈ 2 min
