Directions
- Heat the avocado oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook for about 2 minutes, until softened.
- Add the garlic and celery, and cook until the aroma is released.
- Add the red cabbage, potatoes, carrots, Italian herbs, onion powder, garlic powder, bouillon cube, and smoked paprika. Cover the pot and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Check the seasonings and adjust them as needed. ≈ 2 min
- Remove from the heat and serve hot, alongside your favorite dishes. ≈ 2 min
