A Polish radish and apple soup made with vegetable stock, thickened with cream and flour, and flavored with fresh, chopped dill. Served hot.

Directions
- Wash the radishes, cut them into slices, and lightly sauté them in butter. ≈ 8 min
- Peel the apples, chop them into small pieces, and cover them with boiling broth. Add the radishes and cook until the apples are tender. Thicken the soup with flour mixed with a little water and cream, season, and bring to a boil.
- Before serving, sprinkle with dill. ≈ 2 min
