Directions
- Bring the water to a boil and season it.
- Clean the garlic, peel it, and chop the onion. Add the onion to 3 tablespoons of oil and cook until softened. Remove the garlic.
- Add the washed, drained, and chopped venison hearts (about 1 cm pieces), and cook for 5 minutes. If desired, you can also add a spoonful of anchovy paste.
- Add a little boiling, salted water to cover the venison hearts; cook for the same amount of time as the pasta, adding more water if the mixture starts to dry out (pan is too large).
- Drain the pasta, add the ricotta to the mixture, and gently combine. ≈ 4 min
- Mix with the pasta and serve with a pinch of chili flakes. ≈ 4 min
