Directions
- Wash the tomatoes, remove the core, and cut them in half lengthwise. ≈ 8 min
- Heat olive oil in a pan over low heat and fry the fish for 5 to 10 minutes on each side.
- Arrange the halved tomatoes in a dish. ≈ 3 min
- Prepare a filling using garlic, parsley, and breadcrumbs. Spread it over the tomato halves, shape it, and season with pepper. ≈ 2 min
- Drizzle with a small amount of olive oil. ≈ 3 min
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, with the oven preheated to 200/220 °C. The tomatoes should be soft all the way through.
