Directions
- Thoroughly wash the sheep and place it in a container with enough water. ≈ 2 min
- Add oil paint to the pot, along with ground meat and onions. ≈ 3 min
- Once the onions are golden, add the chopped tomatoes. ≈ 3 min
- Then, add finely chopped pepper, onion, and ginger. ≈ 3 min
- Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Add curry powder, cayenne pepper, and cumin. ≈ 3 min
- Mix thoroughly. ≈ 4 min
- Add water and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add milk and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Season to taste. ≈ 2 min
- Once the rice is cooked, add water mixed with coconut milk powder. ≈ 3 min
- Let it simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
- Next, add curry and Malabar leaves, then cover and let simmer for a few more minutes.
- If you have nutmeg, you can also add some. ≈ 3 min
- It’s best to pour half a cup of water into a mug, add a tablespoon of powdered milk, mix well, and then gently heat.
