Pork menudo with annatto and sausages
A hearty pork stew with sausages, bell peppers, apples, green peas, and grapes, seasoned with rococo oil and finished with melted cheese.
This Filipino stew gets its color from a sauce made with annatto. Pork, sausages, bell peppers, sweet potatoes, and green peas simmer together, with grapes adding a touch of sweetness. Melted cheese completes the dish.
