Directions
- The yeast is dissolved in cold milk and allowed to rest for a few minutes.
- A hole is dug in the dough, and a mixture of yeast and pork fat is poured into it. ≈ 3 min
- A firm dough is obtained and divided into two portions. ≈ 3 min
- It is then left to cool while the dish is buttered and the oven is preheated.
- The dough is rolled out thinly and cut into strips that are 10 cm wide. ≈ 3 min
- The filling is prepared by mixing candied fruit with cinnamon and walnuts, or by slicing Turkish delight into thin pieces. ≈ 3 min
- The strips are then filled with the preparation, or the pieces of lokum are arranged on one side. ≈ 3 min

- The doughnuts are arranged in a baking dish and baked at 200 °C until they are golden brown. ≈ 3 min
- Once they are out of the oven, they are immediately coated in powdered sugar and vanilla.
