Directions
- Wash the meat under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels. Cut each steak in half lengthwise, then into thin strips. ≈ 8 min
- In a bowl, combine the salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano, then mix with half a cup of water. Add the oil. Submerge the meat in this marinade and let it rest for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Next, gently gild the strips for 2 to 3 minutes, without adding any fat, while turning them occasionally.
- It is best served with French fries and a salad.
