- Place the pot on the stove with oil paint, and add the salted pork ribs. ≈ 3 min
- Once the sides are golden brown, add the previously chopped onion. ≈ 3 min
- Let it cook over low heat until it changes color.
- Once it has turned a deeper golden color, add the chopped garlic and parsley. ≈ 3 min
- Fill the pot with water halfway up the meat, add one tablespoon of sugar, and cover. ≈ 10 min
- Let it simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
- Use a fork to check if the meat is cooked through. ≈ 3 min
- While the meat is cooking, place the apples and onions in the oven to steam alongside it.
- Finally, arrange the pork ribs on the plate, cover them with sauce, and serve them with the steamed potatoes and onions.
