Directions
- Rinse the pork ribs under cold water for 2 hours. Then, drain the water and return the ribs to fresh water for 5 to 6 hours.
- Use a knife to separate the ribs and create individual portions. ≈ 2 min
- Place the seedlings in a large pot with enough water to cover them. ≈ 3 min
- Add the peppercorns, half a lemon, two mint leaves, and a pinch of salt. ≈ 3 min
- Cut the ears into two or three pieces and add them to the pot. ≈ 8 min
- Bring the meat to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat and let the water come to a boil. The bones should cook for between 1 and 2.5 minutes. They are done when you can easily separate them with a fork.
- Turn off the heat and remove the roasting rack. ≈ 3 min
- Core the apples, place them in a pot with a little salt and water, and cook them.
- Once they are ready, drain the apples and allow them to dry over low heat.
- Serve the pork ribs with mashed potatoes as a side dish… ≈ 2 min
