Bun suon (pork and rice vermicelli soup) is a comforting soup made with rice vermicelli, flavored with pineapple and tomato. The tender pork and black mushroom meatballs make it a complete meal, perfect for children.

Directions

  1. First, clean the tripe, then simmer it for a long time in water with the tomatoes, pineapple, and powdered bouillon.
  2. Once the pastry is sufficiently tender, scoop out the filling with a spoon in bite-sized portions and place them in the broth.
  3. Once the meatballs are cooked, add the vermicelli and cauliflower, and continue to cook for 10 to 12 minutes, until the noodles are tender.
  4. Garnish with finely chopped fresh onions for flavor, and serve hot. ≈ 2 min
