Directions
- Mix the meat with salt, pepper, and a little sugar, then add pieces of white parsley. Add beef broth to achieve the desired seasoning. Refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Clean the cabbage leaves, cut them into quarters, and remove the central, firm part. Submerge the leaves in a simmering water bath for about 3 minutes, then drain and rinse them in cold water to cool them down.
- Cook the green parsley in the cooking water of the cabbage for about 1 minute.
- Unfold a cabbage leaf, pour in 1 or 2 tablespoons of ground meat in the center, roll it up, and secure it with pieces of parsley. ≈ 10 min
- Bring the cooking water for the cabbage rolls to a boil, add the cabbage rolls, and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Season again if necessary.
