Pork and white cabbage stew
Bigos is a traditional Polish dish: slow-cooked pork, white cabbage, and onions, simmered with tomatoes, bay leaves, and Jamaican hot peppers.
Bigos is a hearty Polish dish, typically served without or with a side of mashed potatoes. The longer it simmers, the better it becomes.
