Pogačice with soy flour
Small, savory Serbian bread rolls made with wheat and soy flour, margarine, and a long kneading process, then cut into shapes and baked until golden brown.
These biscuits are perfect for those who want to avoid gluten. Soy flour is an excellent substitute and gives the biscuits a soft texture and a mild flavor.
