This plum tart features a risen bread dough, topped with peeled plums arranged skin-side down. After baking, it is buttered and then sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon. It’s simple, rustic, and very fragrant.

Directions
- Knead the dough. ≈ 10 min
- Let it rest in a warm place for 15 minutes.
- Remove the pits and cut the plums in half. ≈ 8 min
- Roll out the dough. ≈ 4 min
- Place it on a greased baking sheet.
- Place the plums, skin-side down. ≈ 3 min
- Bake the pie for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 °C.
