Directions
- Place the pork skin in the water, bring to a boil for about five minutes, then remove and let it cool.
- Remove any fat and hair present inside the pig skin. ≈ 3 min
- Cut into thin strips, then mix with salt and rinse. ≈ 8 min
- Boil a pot of water, then add the noodles, onion, and ginger.
- Cook over high heat until almost cooked, then reduce the heat and add salt, soy sauce, and other seasonings.
- During cooking, it is important to regularly remove the foam that forms to ensure a good quality result. ≈ 3 min
- After about 3 hours of simmering, when the pig skin soup has thickened sufficiently, remove it from the heat and place it in the refrigerator to cool and solidify.
