Directions
- Ask your butcher to prepare the feet, then cook them in plenty of water.
- Brush them lightly with flour and then paint them with oil paint; set them aside while you prepare the almond sauce.
- In the “deep-fried foot” recipe, add 1 tablespoon of flour. Blend all the sauce ingredients (almonds, bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, salt) in a blender, then pour the mixture over the feet and let it simmer for a moment.
