Directions

  1. Remove the stem and seeds from the peppers, then cut them in half lengthwise, and then into thin strips. To speed things up, place the two peppers together and cut them at the same time. Place them in a large salad bowl. ≈ 8 min
  2. Finely chop the onion and add it to the salad bowl along with the chopped fresh dill. ≈ 8 min
  3. Whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, and a pinch of pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Add more minced garlic to taste. ≈ 4 min
