- Boil some water in a pot.
- Add rice flour to the boiling water, turn off the heat, and mix well.
- Gently melt the butter by manipulating it with your hands.
- Spread the dough thinly, forming a sort of flatbread, similar to a pita. ≈ 4 min

- Next, cook the meat on both sides without adding any oil.
