Directions
- Cut the lamb into pieces that are not too large, then season with salt and pepper. ≈ 8 min
- Heat a small amount of oil paint in a pan and then cook the meat, turning it occasionally.
- Pour the water into a pot, add the bay leaf, garlic, oregano, and parsley, and let it simmer.
- Cut the apples into large chunks, similar to how you would prepare them for a beef stew, and add them when the meat is about halfway cooked. ≈ 8 min
- When the ground apples are tender, remove the pot from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
