Creamy tomato pasta
A rich tomato sauce made with mascarpone and fresh basil, served over pipe rigate pasta: a simple and delicious dish, ready in just twenty minutes.
The mascarpone softens the tomato sauce and makes it incredibly creamy in an instant. The torn basil, added at the end of cooking, provides a fresh, vibrant flavor.
