Directions
- Cook the pasta “al dente” according to the instructions on the package.
- Rinse under cold water. ≈ 2 min
- Preheat the oven to 225 degrees.
- Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and sauté it in a pan with butter, along with the mushrooms and spinach.
- Season with salt and pepper. ≈ 2 min
- Melt the butter in a saucepan.
- Add the flour and mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Next, add the cream and simmer, stirring constantly.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and grate the mozzarella. ≈ 8 min
- Salt and pepper. ≈ 2 min
- Chop the parsley. ≈ 8 min
- Combine all the ingredients and pour into a gratin dish. ≈ 3 min
- Bake in the oven for approximately 20 minutes.
