Directions
- Thoroughly mix all the ingredients. ≈ 4 min
- Once the dough is smooth, pass it through a potato masher with large holes or a meat chopper (without the blade). This will create “strands” of dough. ≈ 3 min
- Bring the broth to a boil, then add the passatelli.
- Cook for 5 minutes and serve with a generous amount of Parmesan cheese.
