Directions
- Let the gelatin sheets soak in cold water for about 10 minutes.
- Wash and finely chop the lime and orange. ≈ 8 min
- Bring the cream to a boil, then remove from the heat.
- Squeeze the water from the gelatin sheets and mix it into the cream. ≈ 4 min
- Combine the lime and orange juice with the yogurt. ≈ 4 min
- Pour each dessert glass, place a small amount of red berries at the bottom. ≈ 3 min
- Pour the panna cotta over the berries. ≈ 3 min
- Refrigerate in the refrigerator for approximately 3 to 4 hours.
