Directions
- We pour the semolina onto a clean surface and sprinkle it with salt. ≈ 2 min

- Add warm water and mix everything together. ≈ 4 min

- Knead the dough for at least 10 minutes.

- Therefore, it is advisable to let the dough rest for half an hour.

- Next, pieces of dough are taken out and transformed into sticks about 30 centimeters long and one finger-width thick, which will then be cut into pieces of a similar size to a fingernail and with identical dimensions. ≈ 3 min

- Therefore, you need to flatten the small portion of pasta until it forms a disc-like shape, using a rounded-tip knife. ≈ 4 min

- By constantly using the edge of the knife, you slide the disc across the cutting board, applying gentle pressure, which allows the dough to curve towards the edge of the knife. ≈ 8 min

- Once the dough is shaped into a curved form and placed on the tip of the finger, it is turned back towards the back using a knife, as if one were trying to cover the fingertip with dough. ≈ 3 min

- Next, pressure is applied to the center to achieve the characteristic dome shape. ≈ 3 min

- Gently remove the small flower you obtained with your finger, and place it on a clean surface so that it can dry for a few hours, with the bottom facing up. ≈ 3 min
