Orange and prune tabbouleh
A semolina infused with vegetable stock, orange, and prune, with fresh mint and bell pepper, creating an exotic, sweet-and-savory tabouleh.
This exotic tabouleh combines semolina with citrus fruits and dried fruits. The contrast between the acidity of the orange and the sweetness of the prunes creates a unique dish.
