Directions
- Slice the onion thinly and chop the garlic. ≈ 8 min
- Add a small amount of oil paint to the pot, heat it gently, then add the onion.
- Add the onion back in, then add the garlic halfway through cooking.
- Continue cooking until the onion is soft. ≈ 3 min
- Boil 700 ml of water, then pour the boiling water into the pot.
- Let it simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
- Use a hand mixer to finely chop the onions in the pot until they are completely pureed.
- Add the butter, salt, pepper, and black pepper, and mix lightly. ≈ 4 min
- Serve in a bowl and enjoy. ≈ 2 min
