Directions
- In a mortar, we chopped six cloves of garlic and a pinch of salt. ≈ 3 min
- We add the two egg yolks and continue to mix until a smooth paste forms. ≈ 4 min
- Cook the apples and add them to the mortar.
- We continue to select them and add oil paint to them. ≈ 8 min
- When the mixture starts to stick to the wall, add oil paint. ≈ 3 min
- Once the dough has risen sufficiently and we continue to mix it without adding any more oil paint, it will be ready to eat. ≈ 4 min
