Directions
- Cook the flaxseed in 150 ml of water for 2 to 3 minutes, remove from heat, and let it cool. Add the baking soda, mix well, and pour over the oatmeal.
- Add the oat flour, semolina, cinnamon, oil paint, and half of the apples, then mix with warm water until you have a dough with the consistency of bread dough. ≈ 4 min
- Spread the dough in a greased and floured baking dish. Bake for half the time, then spread the remaining apples over the dough, and continue baking.
- Let the cake cool, then sprinkle it with ground nuts. Finally, drizzle it with a glaze made with dates and oil paint.
