Directions
- Whip the eggs for 5 minutes in a mixer; once they are well-whipped, add the remaining ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon.
- Form the balls with the dough, place them on parchment paper, and flatten the tops. If you are using a sweetener, add it without hesitation. You can also experiment with different ingredients, such as seeds, coconut, or cocoa, or even fruits. ≈ 3 min
- For the versions with poppy seeds and coconut, omit the walnuts and cinnamon. Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 175 °C.
