Directions
- Crush the almonds by hand or use a food processor. ≈ 4 min
- Mix the powdered sugar and almonds together. ≈ 4 min
- Add the egg whites while mixing, and knead the walnut mixture until a smooth dough forms. ≈ 10 min
- Roll out the dough into sheets approximately the same size as your fingers. ≈ 10 min
- Thoroughly butter the cake molds, then sprinkle with sugar and pour out any excess sugar. ≈ 4 min
- Use the molds to shape the dough into rings. ≈ 10 min
