Directions

  1. Finely slice the chicken breast fillets, then brush the chicken slices with soy sauce, rice vinegar, pepper, and cornstarch. ≈ 8 min
  2. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil paint in a pan. Dip the chicken into the hot oil until it changes color, then remove.
  4. Boil water in a pot, add the noodles, and cook until tender. Drain and set aside.
  5. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil paint in a pan, then add the chopped garlic and ginger until they are fragrant.
  6. Add the hot peppers, onion, and mushrooms, and mix well. ≈ 4 min
  7. Add the broccoli, celery, soy sprouts, and chicken, mix well, then pour the sauce mixture into the center of the pan.
  8. Let it simmer.
  9. Add the noodles, mix until all the ingredients are well combined, then remove from the heat. ≈ 4 min
  10. Transfer the noodles to a serving dish, sprinkle with chopped chives and toasted sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
