Directions
- Thoroughly rinse the green chili peppers, then cut them in half. ≈ 8 min
- Book now. ≈ 3 min
- Get your blender ready, and add all the ingredients for the dough. ≈ 3 min
- Add a bit of oil paint. ≈ 3 min
- Mix until a smooth dough is formed. ≈ 4 min
- Heat the pan, then add the ground spices.
- Come back until they have released their fragrance.
- Add ginger, bay leaves, and lemon zest, and mix until the mixture begins to thicken slightly.
- Add green hot peppers and bird’s eye hot peppers, then pour in water. ≈ 3 min
- Add mushroom broth, salt, brown sugar, soy sauce, and mix well.
- Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Adjust the seasoning as needed. ≈ 2 min
- The green bell peppers or chili peppers have been cooked and are ready to be served. ≈ 2 min
